TWO more months to go!!

Wow! Time flies!
I am so bad at keeping my blog updated. I have only two more months to go and I haven't updated anyone on pics or what we have been up to.

During the last few months we have had some chances to go places and do some things. We went to visit the Kozlowski's in Colorado to spend some time with them and also to see their new home. We visited several different tourist spots and Gordon even had the chance to challenge in climbing the steep stairs at the Red Rocks.
We also went to Las Vegas for the New Year's count down with Reiko and her friend Shion. We got to see all the craziness that Vegas had to offer... Chisa even started off the year by stepping into a pile of vomit in a parking lot at the New York New York.
Both trips were a great and fun adventure.

Well since the last posting we have found out that we are having a boy. We were able to find out a little before our second ultrasound since our doctor had a machine in one of his rooms. It was definitely a surprise for us. It took couple of seconds to register that fact in our heads. We are really excited but it sure changes our plans with names. We have since been trying to think of boy names... but its been difficult.

So we have had several doctor's appointments, as well as the second (technically the third) ultrasound, which Gordon's mom and dad were able to join us for.
We have also taken a Birthing Class. We learned a lot, but what really hit us was that we are REALLY going to be parents of a small little baby and that there is so much to do to prepare still. We got the tour of the delivery and labor rooms at the hospital where we will be having the baby at. It was nice to get to know what is going to be happening where.

Chisa's belly is getting bigger and bigger all of the sudden. The kicks and movements of the baby are stronger than ever. We can see him move in my belly and its sure getting tighter for him in the tummy. Gordon has fun interacting with the baby by poking at him and he pokes back. Gordon also has started to read the baby Dr. Seuss books. We think the baby likes it because he kicks more when Gordon starts reading.

We still have lots of things to do to prepare but we are enjoying every minute. We are excited and can't wait for him to come into our lives.
